Screw core direction - u component?: this is the u component for the direction of the screw core [u,v,w] in the non-primitive unit cell described in the structure file, see tab [Structure Options].
Screw core direction - v component?: this is the v component for the direction of the screw core [u,v,w] in the non-primitive unit cell described in the structure file, see tab [Structure Options].
Screw core direction - w component?: this is the w component for the direction of the screw core [u,v,w] in the non-primitive unit cell described in the structure file, see tab [Structure Options].
Screw core translation as fraction of unit cell in screw direction: this value indicates the Burgers vector of the screw displacement along the screw core direction. A value of 1.0 (or higher integers) are always acceptable as the structure must repeat each unit cell. Fractions of a unit cell must be chosen carefully to be compatible with an acceptable structural repeat.
Shift screw core a direction?: this is used to translate the screw core from running through the centre of the crystal. The value represents the number of unit cells in the a-direction of the non-primitive unit cell.
Shift screw core b direction?: this is used to translate the screw core from running through the centre of the crystal. The value represents the number of unit cells in the b-direction of the non-primitive unit cell.
Shift screw core c direction?: this is used to translate the screw core from running through the centre of the crystal. The value represents the number of unit cells in the c-direction of the non-primitive unit cell.
